Reuben Stone

Principal

Reuben is originally from Barre, Vermont, the Granite Capital of the world. He graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a degree in Industrial Technology and dual concentrations in Industrial Management and Electro-Mechanical systems. In 2014, Reuben and Mark began Stone & Browning, a full-service real estate asset management company that specializes in helping investors maximize their real estate goals. In 2016, they began Granite City Investors, a real estate holding company, since 2016 they have purchased over 10 Million dollars in real estate. Reuben lives with his partner Jenna and dog Rugby. Reuben has the work hard play hard mentality and has a passion for helping others

meet their goals, his ambition and attitude is one of his strongest assets. Reuben is also a huge numbers guy and enjoys being able to solve the problem at hand. He prides himself on being efficient and loves finding new and improved ways to do things. In his free time you can find him on the golf course, grilling up some steaks, or smoking some of his famous ribs.

Mark Browning

Principal

Mark is originally from Barre Vermont, and currently resides in East Montpelier with his wife Quinn and 2 dogs Dixie and Porter. He graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in Business. During his senior year of college, he began Stone & Browning. He has spent his entire career growing the real estate asset management company with Reuben. They have grown this company to a team of 25 professionals and currently manage over 1000 apartments across the state of Vermont. Along the way, Marks passion for housing has extended into investing in multi-family and commercial properties. Mark & Reuben have purchased over 10 Million Dollars of real estate as a partnership in 6 years. They are excited to continue to grow and offer their knowledge and expertise to others looking to get into this field. Mark was voted Top 40 under 40 business individuals in Vermont in 2022. He truly enjoys helping people and is always willing to lend a hand. He has a genuine appreciation for the little things in life and works hard to have gratitude for things that are easy to take advantage of. In his free time Mark has a passion for music. A life long goal of his is to own a music venue of some sort.
